Chill in the Fridge (Cold Therapy)
Keep Teddy permanently in your fridge so he is always ready. Applying cold therapy is perfect for bringing down swelling on bumped heads, soothing scraped knees, easing minor sprains, or cooling down hot foreheads and sunburn.
Warm it Up (Heat Therapy)

For the best results and to protect delicate young skin from ice burns, we strongly recommend keeping Teddy in the fridge. This keeps him perfectly chilled, safe to apply, and keeps the gel soft and flexible so it contours to the bump.
To use as a hot pack, simply place Teddy in warm water (not boiling) for a few minutes. Always carefully test the temperature on the inside of your own wrist before applying it to your child's skin.
This Teddy is a *reusable* gel pack designed to live in your fridge at home for everyday bumps. Our Teddy Instant Cold Packs are single-use, "crack to activate" packs meant to stay in your travel bag for when you are away from home!
